Every batch follows the same seven step route, with tensile testing and magnetic powder flaw detection carried out before packing.

Against plated hooks, painted outdoor hooks last considerably longer in weather. Against stainless, they cost less and require inspection and maintenance over time.
They serve differently. Paint gives build and colour; galvanising gives sacrificial protection. For public equipment, galvanising under paint is the strongest combination.

For public installations, strongly consider it. A closed hook cannot be lifted off its anchor by a user.
