Xiamen UniPack Import & Export Co., Ltd. met buyers at the Hong Kong Printing & Packaging Fair from 27 to 30 April 2024, showing printed paper carriers, boxes and seasonal gift items at booth 6-C11.
Dates and venue
The fair ran from 27 April to 30 April 2024 at AsiaWorld-Expo, located at Hong Kong International Airport on Lantau. Opening hours were 10:00am to 5:30pm on each of the four days.
Our stand was booth 6-C11 in Hall 6, registered under the company name Xiamen UniPack Import & Export Co., Ltd.
What was on the stand
Samples covered the printed paper lines buyers ask about most often: paper shopping bags, gift bags, paper pouches and envelope bags, along with rigid and folding gift boxes.
Seasonal items were also on display, including advent calendars, gift cards and printed paper tags, so visitors could compare board thickness, finishing and handle options side by side.
Meeting buyers in Hong Kong
April in Hong Kong is a practical window for buyers planning autumn and Christmas programmes, since artwork, sampling and production still have room before peak season.
Visitors who brought artwork or a physical sample were able to discuss board grade, lamination and quantity on the spot, which usually shortens the quotation round afterwards.
After the show
Thank you to everyone who came to the stand. Enquiries raised at the fair were followed up with written specifications and sample plans rather than verbal estimates.
Buyers who could not attend can request the same sample set and a written quotation based on their own drawings and product details.
