Offset Printing on Our Own Presses
The printing workshop of Xiamen LJY Printing Industrial Co., Ltd. prints the sheets that become paper bags, gift boxes, food boxes and corrugated cartons. Offset printing is the default for artwork that has to hold a brand colour; flexo printing is used on kraft bag production where the stock and the run suit it.

Three sets of Heidelberg presses cover CMYK process work and Pantone spot colours. Colour is signed off against a printed sample before the run.
Ink and Colour Control
Ink density is checked through the run so the last cartons match the sheets that were approved at the start.
Foil Stamping and Embossing
A manual foil stamping press adds foil lines and embossed or debossed detail after printing and lamination.

Which printing methods do you offer?
Offset printing in CMYK or Pantone colours, flexo printing on kraft bag lines, screen printing on nonwoven and PP woven bags, plus heat transfer where the artwork needs it.
Which surface finishes are available?
Glossy lamination, matt lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and UV spot are all available on paper bags and boxes.
Do you print on kraft paper?
Yes. White and brown kraft from around 80 to 200 grams are printed for kraft bag lines, in CMYK four colour or Pantone colours.
