How do I get a quotation?
Send the product dimensions, the quantity and your artwork by WhatsApp or email. We reply with a price and a sampling plan rather than asking you to fill in a form.
Which languages do you work in?
Enquiries are handled in English. The export team deals with overseas buyers directly rather than through an agent.
Can we visit?
Yes. The export office is in Haicang District and the printing factory is in Tongan District, both in Xiamen. Tell us your dates and we will arrange it.
What are your working hours?
The office follows China Standard Time, GMT+8, Monday to Friday. WhatsApp messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
