Reusable Bag Programmes
Reusable bags are bought to replace single use carriers, so the print has to last as long as the bag does.
Start a ProjectEvery Step From Brief to Shipment
Nothing moves to the next step until the one before it is approved, because every change after the die is cut costs time you do not have.
Fabric Choice
Nonwoven, PP woven, jute, canvas or cotton, each with a different weight and feel in the hand.
Construction
Sewing or heat pressing, with the handle type and gusset set on the sample.
Print Method
Screen printing, lamination, UV, heat transfer, offset or flexo printing, matched to fabric and artwork.
Colour
Coloured fabric or printed colour, decided together so the logo keeps contrast.
Production
Produced by long term partner factories with our own QC workers on site.
Packing
Packed 100 pieces per polybag and then into cartons for export.
Run on Our Own Presses
Three sets of Heidelberg presses, paper cutting and die cutting machines, a manual foil stamping press and paper bag folding machines sit on one 2,500 square metre floor run by 58 people.
That is why a colour correction, a die change or a structure question is answered by the people who will run the job rather than passed down a chain of subcontractors.
Questions About Reusable Bag Programmes
What is the minimum order?
Reusable bag programmes start at 2,000 pieces.
Are these bags washable and reusable?
Non woven, PP woven, jute, canvas and cotton bags are reusable and antibacterial, which is why they are used to replace single use carriers.
Who checks quality on fabric bags?
We keep our own QC workers for nonwoven bags, PP woven bags, suit covers and cooler bags.
