The printing workshop of Xiamen LJY Printing Industrial Co., Ltd. is where sheets are printed, cut, laminated and folded into the bags and boxes shipped under the UniPack name. These are photographs of the working floor, not a showroom.

Three sets of Heidelberg presses handle CMYK and Pantone work on art paper, art card and kraft stock. Keeping the presses in house is what lets colour targets set at proofing survive into the production run.
Sheet Feeding and Make Ready
Make ready and feeding are handled by the same operators who run the job, so register and ink density are corrected on the sheet rather than discovered at assembly.
Cutting and Die Cutting
Paper cutting machines and die cutting machines convert printed sheets into bag and box blanks, following the die confirmed on the approved physical sample.
Finishing Department
Lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and UV spot are applied here before the blanks move to assembly.
Paper Bag Workshop
Our workers are trained on different kinds of luxury paper shopping bags, gluing bodies, reinforcing bottoms and threading handles by hand where the structure calls for it.
Staging and Inspection
Finished blanks and assembled bags are staged for inspection before packing. Inspection happens during each step of production, not only at the end.

Can we visit the factory?
Buyers are welcome to arrange a visit. The export office is in Haicang District and the printing factory is at No.768 Jian Road in Tongan District, Xiamen.
Who inspects the goods?
We do the quality inspection during every step of production, and we keep our own QC workers for nonwoven bags, PP woven bags, suit covers and cooler bags.
Is everything made in house?
Printing, cutting, die cutting, foil stamping and paper bag assembly are done in our own factory. Woven and nonwoven sewing is produced by long term partner factories under our QC staff.
