Structure Decision

Board and Wrap
Grey cardboard mounted with printed art paper, with 2mm grey board where the structure has to stay square.
Print and Colour
CMYK or Pantone colour printing on the wrap, approved on a printed sample.
Finishing
Lamination, foil stamping, embossing and UV spot applied before the box is mounted.
Assembly
Mounting and assembly, including drawer structures such as the 24 drawer advent calendar.
Inspection
Square, fit of lid to base and print position checked during production.
Run on Our Own Presses
Three sets of Heidelberg presses, paper cutting and die cutting machines, a manual foil stamping press and paper bag folding machines sit on one 2,500 square metre floor run by 58 people.
That is why a colour correction, a die change or a structure question is answered by the people who will run the job rather than passed down a chain of subcontractors.
