Polyester Webbing Tape No 3 is made on our own looms in Foshan, cut and rolled to the length your line runs. Width is made to request and thickness sits anywhere between 0.65 mm and 2.5 mm. We match colour to Pantone or to your physical sample, then hold one dye lot across the full quantity. Samples take 3 to 7 days and production 7 to 15 days once the sample is approved.

How It Compares
Polyester holds its length and colour far better outdoors. Polypropylene is lighter and cheaper but its melting point is only 165 to 173 degrees Celsius and it ages faster in light.
Polyester is stronger wet than dry cotton and does not mildew. Cotton wins on hand feel and on anything that will be dyed or printed by the customer later.
Nylon takes up around 4 per cent moisture against polyester's 0.4 per cent, so nylon straps go heavy and stretch in the wet while polyester holds.

Does polyester webbing stretch under load
Far less than nylon or polypropylene. Polyester's low moisture regain of about 0.4 per cent means it behaves almost the same wet as dry, so a strap tensioned in the rain does not lengthen the way a nylon one will.
