Polyester Webbing Tape No 4 is woven to order at the width and thickness you specify rather than picked from a stock range. Any width, and a thickness from 0.65 mm up to 2.5 mm unless you need something outside that. Shade is agreed on a woven sample before the bulk lot runs, and that lot covers the entire order. Sampling runs 3 to 7 days; the production window is 7 to 15 days from approval.

How It Compares
Polyester holds its length and colour far better outdoors. Polypropylene is lighter and cheaper but its melting point is only 165 to 173 degrees Celsius and it ages faster in light.
Polyester is stronger wet than dry cotton and does not mildew. Cotton wins on hand feel and on anything that will be dyed or printed by the customer later.
Nylon takes up around 4 per cent moisture against polyester's 0.4 per cent, so nylon straps go heavy and stretch in the wet while polyester holds.

Will the colour fade in sunlight
Polyester has light resistance second only to acrylic among common fibres. After 600 hours of sun exposure the strength loss is around 60 per cent, comparable to cotton, and shade holds better than on most dyed synthetics.
Can you match a Pantone number exactly
We match to Pantone or to a physical swatch you post to us, and we send a woven sample for written approval before the bulk dye lot runs. Approving the woven sample rather than a screen image is what removes most colour disputes.
Can our logo be added to this tape
Either woven in with a computer jacquard plate, which survives washing and abrasion, or screen printed after weaving, which costs less to set up on short runs.
How is this item packed for export
50 yards per roll and 30 rolls per carton as standard, with some items on 500 yard rolls. We pack to your own list when you have one.
