A Sudden Order Sprint Before the Labour Day Holiday
An urgent order, a fixed air freight date and a public holiday sitting across the production window.
Just before the Labor Day holiday, an urgent order suddenly “landed” out of nowhere. The client requested it be completed by May 10 and air‑freighted to their factory in Cambodia.
Everyone had already planned to return home for the break, but to meet the client’s needs, our factory had to make a rapid adjustment. Fortunately, some of our experienced technicians stayed factory during the holiday. Before the break, the team worked overtime to finish all pre‑production processes, ensuring seamless manufacturing throughout the holiday.
Amazingly, within such a tight timeframe, we managed to deliver the order efficiently!
