Quality Control
- Micro-programmed control units on the lighting products protect against over voltage, over current, over charge, over discharge and short circuit.
- Solar panels are quoted at a 5 to 10 year lifespan and LED bulbs at 50,000 hours.
- Products are stated to meet ISO, SGS, BV, COC, PVOC, SONCAP, SASO, CIQ, CE and RoHS requirements.
- The company's own lamp development passed the Indonesian laboratory test before volume supply.
- Certified models are tested by third parties: VeraSol certification on the SunAwada, VeraSol testing on the SunAce-Li, and the Lighting Global quality standards on the Lamp2Torch, SunAce II and SunBase.
How It Is Manufactured
Tooling and moulding
Housings start from our own moulds. The company built its moulding capability when it developed the Indonesian SEHEN lamp, and that is still where a new housing begins.
Component sourcing and incoming check
Cells, panels, LEDs and control boards are sourced and checked before they reach the line. Cost engineering happens here, not by thinning the specification later.
Board and wiring assembly
Charge control, protection and, on PAYG models, the token firmware are fitted and wired to the lamp and output ports.
Line assembly
Housings, panels, cables and accessories are assembled and packed at the Shenzhen workshop. Lantern supply ability is quoted at 100,000 pieces per month.
Function and run test
Charge, discharge, brightness step and protection behaviour are checked before the unit is boxed.
Packing and loading
Retail cartons and export packing, with container loading figures confirmed per model before shipment.

The pay as you go hardware is OpenPAYGO certified and supplied on the PaygOps platform.

Use Guide
- Mount the panel first
Fix the panel where it gets full sun for most of the day and run the cable back to the control box. Panel cables are supplied at 5 metres or more.
- Wire the lamps to the hub
Each lamp goes to its own port on the terminal hub, with the supplied cable and in-line switch.
- Charge fully before the first night
Give the system a complete first charge before any load is connected, so the battery starts its life full.
- Add loads in order of need
Lighting first, then phone charging, then radio, fan or TV where the system supports them. The protection circuit will cut an overload, but planning the load avoids the interruption.
- Check the indicator during cloudy spells
The battery level indicator is the early warning. On the larger systems the design allows two to three cloudy or rainy days.
- Enter the token when payment is made
The customer pays by mobile money or cash, receives a recharge code by SMS, and enters that token on the keypad. The product then unlocks for the paid period.
