How do I choose the right pump?
Work out the head first. With a water tank it is the distance B plus C plus D divided by ten. Without a tank it is distance B. Then decide how much water you need per hour or per day and match both against the pump model table.
What happens if the well runs dry?
Intelligent water shortage protection stops the pump automatically when there is no water in the well and restarts it 30 minutes later.
What are the wetted parts made of?
A 304 stainless steel pump shaft with an alloy mechanical seal. The four inch model also uses brass for the outlet, connector and oil cylinder, and NSK double bearings.
Is a controller included?
Yes. Each pump is supplied with an MPPT controller with frequency conversion, soft start and protection against high voltage, low voltage, over current and high temperature.
