Six stages between a mould and a container. The specification is fixed at stage one and checked again at stage five.

Quality Control

  • Micro-programmed control units protect against over voltage, over current, over charge, over discharge and short circuit.
  • Charge, discharge, brightness step and protection behaviour are checked before packing.
  • Solar panels are quoted at a 5 to 10 year lifespan and LED bulbs at 50,000 hours.
  • Products are stated to meet ISO, SGS, BV, COC, PVOC, SONCAP, SASO, CIQ, CE and RoHS requirements.
  • Warranty is one to two years by model, stated on each product page.

Certifications and Membership

  • VeraSol certified: SunAwada solar reading lamp.
  • VeraSol tested: SunAce-Li solar lantern.
  • Lighting Global quality standards: Lamp2Torch, SunAce II, SunBase.
  • OpenPAYGO certified: pay as you go hardware, supplied on the PaygOps platform.
  • CE and RoHS on the lighting range.
  • First batch member of the China Solar Energy Society.
  • Own developed lamp passed the Indonesia laboratory test before volume supply.

Factory Questions

Do you own your own moulds?
Yes. Moulding capability was built when the company developed the Indonesian SEHEN lamp, and housings still start from our own tooling.
How many units can you make in a month?
Lantern supply ability is quoted at 100,000 pieces per month.
What certifications do you hold?
CE and RoHS on the lighting range, VeraSol certification on the SunAwada, VeraSol testing on the SunAce-Li, the Lighting Global quality standards on the Lamp2Torch, SunAce II and SunBase, and OpenPAYGO certification on the PAYG hardware. Products are stated to meet ISO, SGS, BV, COC, PVOC, SONCAP, SASO, CIQ, CE and RoHS requirements.
How long do the panels and LEDs last?
Solar panels are quoted at a 5 to 10 year lifespan and LED bulbs at 50,000 hours.
What warranty do products carry?
One to two years depending on the model. The warranty for each model is stated on its product page.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. The company welcomes clients from all over the world for a visit and for co-operation.
