Product Overview
The 40x3 stainless press locked panel is the one to specify when a platform has to be both structurally serious and clean to look at. The cross bar is forced into the bearing bar under pressure instead of welded, so there is no bead on the walking surface and no weld heat in the stainless, which is where welded stainless grating usually starts to corrode. A 10x2 cross bar holds the mesh square across the panel, and acid passivation afterwards puts the passive layer back across every surface the fabrication touched.

- Do not site-cut press locked panels: the cut edge loses the lock and the passivation
- Use stainless-only tooling to avoid embedding carbon steel particles
- Support all four edges so the panel is not relying on the lock for stiffness
