How We Work
From First Enquiry To Loaded Container
The four steps below are the process we have run with importers for years. Nothing is skipped and nothing starts before you have approved a physical sample.
Before Placing Order
You choose items from the catalogue or send us your own sample. We quote, then make a sample. Stock samples are free of charge and usually take three to five days.
Placing Order
A trial order is welcome. Terms are T/T or L/C, normally thirty percent deposit by T/T with the balance by T/T.
Production And Quality Control
Mass production runs against the approved sample. Our QC team follows the whole run to AQL standard and you are welcome to send your own inspector.
Delivery And After Sales
You pay the balance after inspection and confirmation. Goods ship by sea, by air or by the route you specify, and we follow up with a customer satisfaction questionnaire.

When was the company established?
Guangzhou Sanhua Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 1986 in Huadu District, Guangzhou. A second production base covering twenty thousand square metres came on stream in July 2007.

Products are exported to more than thirty countries, including markets in America, Europe, Japan, the Middle East, Germany, Australia and Asia.
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We work as the purchasing office and production department in China for our customers. You can choose from the catalogue or send your own sample, and own brand printing and retail packaging are part of the normal service.
How are samples handled?
Samples already in stock are free of charge. If a new mould has to be opened or new material sourced, a charge applies. Stock samples usually take three to five days. We remake the sample after your comments until it is approved.
What are the payment and inspection terms?
T/T or L/C, usually thirty percent deposit by T/T and seventy percent balance by T/T. You pay the balance after inspection and confirmation of quality, and you are welcome to arrange your own inspector.
