We work as your purchasing office and production department in China. You send a sample, a drawing or a catalogue item number, and we take it through sampling, tooling, production and export packing.

Process Stages
Each stage has an output you can see: a quotation, a physical sample, a signed golden sample, an inspection result or a loaded container.
Requirement Analysis
You send the item, the target market and the volume. We tell you what is already tooled, what needs a new mould and what the two routes cost.
Design And Drawing
Where the item is new, dimensions, gusset depth, pocket count and fittings are drawn and confirmed before any tooling is cut.
Sampling
A physical sample is made. Stock samples are free of charge. New moulds or new materials carry a charge. Turnaround on a stock sample is normally three to five days.
Material Sourcing
Sheet, board, fabric, mechanisms and fittings are sourced to the approved specification and checked on arrival.
Production
Mass production runs against the signed sample with in line checks on weld strength, rivet seating and colour.
Inspection
Sampling inspection to AQL standard on the finished lot, with your own inspector welcome.
Packing And Loading
Polybag, carton and pallet configuration to your specification, then loading at our own warehouse.
After Delivery
We send a customer satisfaction questionnaire and use the feedback to improve the service.

Can you copy an existing sample?
We can quote against a physical sample you send. We will tell you what is achievable with our existing tooling and what would need a new mould.
How long does a new mould take?
It depends on the part. We will confirm the tooling time and cost with the quotation before anything is cut.
Do you charge for samples?
Samples already in stock are free of charge. If a new mould has to be opened or new material sourced, a charge applies.
