Guangzhou Sanhua Plastic has manufactured plastic office stationery in Huadu District, Guangzhou since 1986. The second production base came on stream in July 2007 and covers 20,000 square metres. Every photograph below is of our own facility.
Quality Control In The Plant
- Incoming check on sheet thickness, colour and print film before cutting.
- First article approval against the signed golden sample before mass production runs.
- In line checks on weld strength, rivet seating and mechanism action during production.
- Colour comparison against the approved swatch under a consistent light source.
- Sampling inspection to AQL standard on the finished lot.
- Carton drop and pack check before the container is loaded.
Our QC system follows AQL standard and our QC team controls the quality during the whole production. Customers also arrange their own staff to inspect the quality.
What We Can Confirm In Writing
- Established 1986 in Huadu District, Guangzhou.
- Second production base on stream July 2007, covering 20,000 square metres.
- Exports to more than 30 countries including America, Europe, Japan, the Middle East, Germany, Australia and Asia.
- Quality control system following AQL standard.
- Payment terms T/T or L/C, normally 30 percent deposit and 70 percent balance by T/T.
- Sample lead time normally three to five days for items held in stock.

Yes. Customers arrange their own staff to inspect the quality, and the balance is paid after inspection and confirmation.
