Process Stages
Each stage has an output you can see: a quotation, a physical sample, a signed golden sample, an inspection result or a loaded container.
Brand Brief
You send the logo, the brand colour reference, the pack format and any retail specification you have to meet.
Material And Method
We match the branding method to the cover material. Screen print for solid logos, offset print for full colour, hot stamping and debossing for PU and PVC covers.
Colour Matching
The material is matched to your Pantone reference or physical swatch, and a swatch is kept for production comparison.
Pack Development
Polybag, header card, barcode, multipack count and colour carton are developed with the product.
Sample And Proof
You approve the printed product and the retail pack together before production.
Production
In line print checks run alongside the product checks, comparing against the approved sample.
Carton And Marking
Export carton marking, carton count and pallet configuration set to your requirement.
Loading
Goods load at our own warehouse with your pack list and marking.
