Process Stages
Each stage has an output you can see: a quotation, a physical sample, a signed golden sample, an inspection result or a loaded container.
Incoming Material
Sheet thickness, board weight, fabric and print film are checked against the approved specification before cutting.
First Article
The first item off the line is compared against the signed golden sample and the run is held until it is approved.
In Line Checks
Weld strength, rivet seating, mechanism action, stitching and print registration are checked during the run.
Colour Control
Colour is compared against the approved swatch under a consistent light source.
Finished Lot Inspection
Sampling inspection to AQL standard on the finished lot.
Third Party Or Buyer Inspection
Customers also arrange their own staff or a third party to inspect the quality.
Packing Check
Carton drop and pack check, carton count and marking verified before loading.
Shipment
Goods ship by sea, by air or by the route you specify after the balance is settled.
