How long does the insulation hold temperature?
This depends on the insulation thickness, the contents and the ambient temperature, so we set the lining specification with you and you approve it on the sample.
Is the lining wipe clean?
Yes, the standard lining is a wipe clean surface.
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We work as the production department for importers and brand owners. You can send us an existing sample, a drawing or a specification and we will quote against it. Own brand printing and retail packaging are part of the normal service.
How do samples work?
Samples already held in stock are free of charge. If a new mould has to be opened or new material sourced there is a charge for it. Stock samples usually take three to five days to prepare, and a new tool or new material extends that. You comment on the sample and we remake it until it is approved.
