Manufacturing Process

1. Fabric and lining selection and colour matching against the approved sample.
2. Pattern cutting of body panels, gussets, pockets and handles.
3. Sewing of panels, binding of edges and attachment of zips and handles.
4. Fitting of piping, webbing, labels and hardware.
5. Printing or embroidery of logos where required.
6. Shaping, cleaning, polybag and carton packing to the agreed export pack.

Quality Control

1. Incoming check on sheet thickness, colour and print film before cutting.
2. First article approval against the signed golden sample before mass production runs.
3. In line checks on weld strength, rivet seating and mechanism action during production.
4. Colour comparison against the approved swatch under a consistent light source.
5. Sampling inspection to AQL standard on the finished lot.
6. Carton drop and pack check before the container is loaded.
