Nothing goes into mass production before you have held the sample. Our company develops new designs every month and buyers can also send their own samples for us to quote against.

Process Stages
Each stage has an output you can see: a quotation, a physical sample, a signed golden sample, an inspection result or a loaded container.
Enquiry
You choose items from the catalogue, send your own sample, or ask about the new designs developed this month.
Quotation
We quote against the item, the volume and the packing you need.
Sample Making
A sample is made to your requirements. Stock samples are free of charge; a new mould or new material carries a charge.
Sample Delivery
Stock samples normally take three to five days. A new mould or new material extends this and we tell you the revised date.
Comments
You comment on the sample and we make it again, as many rounds as it takes, until you confirm it.
Golden Sample
The confirmed sample is signed and filed in our samples room as the reference for production and for every reorder.
Pre Production Check
The first article off the line is compared against the golden sample before the run continues.
Release
Production is released only after the first article is approved.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a sample take?
Usually three to five days for a sample we hold in stock. If a new mould has to be opened or new material sourced it takes longer and we confirm the date.
How many sample rounds are included?
We make the sample again after your comments until you confirm it.
Do you develop new designs?
Yes. New designs are developed every month. Send us your company details and contact information and we will send the new items as they come out.
