Materials We Use
- Polypropylene sheet, the standard material across the filing range. Flexible, tear resistant, writes clean and takes a matt or glossy finish.
- PVC sheet where a heavier, higher gloss cover or a welded pocket is required.
- Paper board and grey board for lever arch files, box files and hard cover notebooks.
- Metal fittings: rings, lever arch mechanisms, rivets, clips and eyelets.

Manufacturing Process
- Sheet selection and colour matching against the approved sample.
- Cutting and die cutting of covers, pockets and gussets.
- High frequency welding or heat sealing of pockets, gussets and seams.
- Punching, riveting and fitting of rings, clips, elastic or press studs.
- Screen printing, offset printing or hot stamping of logos and artwork.
- Assembly, cleaning, polybag and carton packing to the agreed export pack.
Quality Control
- Incoming check on sheet thickness, colour and print film before cutting.
- First article approval against the signed golden sample before mass production runs.
- In line checks on weld strength, rivet seating and mechanism action during production.
- Colour comparison against the approved swatch under a consistent light source.
- Sampling inspection to AQL standard on the finished lot.
- Carton drop and pack check before the container is loaded.
Our quality control system follows AQL standard. Customers are welcome to arrange their own staff to inspect the goods before the balance is paid.

Do you make double sided pocket pages?
Yes. Double sided nine pocket pages holders are a separate line in the catalogue.
Can pockets be made for a non standard card size?
Yes. Send the exact dimensions and the pocket is cut to them.
Are the albums refillable?
Refillable constructions are produced where the album is built around a ring or post binding.
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We work as the production department for importers and brand owners. You can send us an existing sample, a drawing or a specification and we will quote against it. Own brand printing and retail packaging are part of the normal service.
How do samples work?
Samples already held in stock are free of charge. If a new mould has to be opened or new material sourced there is a charge for it. Stock samples usually take three to five days to prepare, and a new tool or new material extends that. You comment on the sample and we remake it until it is approved.
