How We Work
We provide OEM or ODM service for our customers and work as your purchasing office and production department in China. The four steps below are our own process, in our own words.
Step One: Before Placing Order
You choose our products from this website or our catalogue, or you send us your samples. We quote those products to you.
As for new products, our company develops some new designs every month. If you need these new products, send an email to [email protected] with a brief company introduction, your main business and detailed contact information.
We make samples according to your requirements. Samples in our stock are free of charge. If we have to open a new mould or make new material, we collect some charges. Sample delivery is usually three to five days, longer if a new mould or new material is needed.
You comment after receiving our samples and we make the samples again until you confirm them.
Step Two: Placing Order
You can place one trial order first, then a formal order with a thirty percent deposit.
Payment terms are T/T or L/C. Usually thirty percent deposit by T/T, then seventy percent balance by T/T.
Step Three: Production And Quality Control
Our factory makes mass production according to the order.
Our QC team controls the quality during the whole production and our QC system follows AQL standard.
Customers also arrange staff to inspect the quality.
Step Four: Delivery And Service After Delivery
You pay the balance after inspection and confirmation of quality, and we deliver the goods after receiving the balance.
We deliver by sea, by air or by other ways according to your requirements.
We send a customer satisfaction questionnaire afterwards and improve our service according to the feedback.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We work as the production department for importers and brand owners. You can send us an existing sample, a drawing or a specification and we will quote against it. Own brand printing and retail packaging are part of the normal service.
How do samples work?
Samples already held in stock are free of charge. If a new mould has to be opened or new material sourced there is a charge for it. Stock samples usually take three to five days to prepare, and a new tool or new material extends that. You comment on the sample and we remake it until it is approved.
What are your payment terms?
T/T or L/C. The usual arrangement is thirty percent deposit by T/T with the seventy percent balance by T/T after inspection and confirmation of quality.
Where is the factory and can we visit?
The company is in Huadu District, Guangzhou, and has been manufacturing plastic office stationery there since 1986. A second production base of twenty thousand square metres came on stream in July 2007. Buyers are welcome to visit and to send their own inspector.
