The AQ-B(2400) Non Woven Bed Cover Making Machine produces disposable bed covers for hospitals, hotels and nursing homes using 14 sets of high-power screen-following ultrasonic moulds. Six servos work with a PLC controller and microcomputer display screen to control production, an imported cutter under servo control trims the cover, and the machine shell is stainless steel. A magnetic powder tension controller with synchronous conveying holds folded dimensions accurate.
