VT-811 Advanced Non-Linear Junction Detector for High-End Privacy Protection
The VT-811 combines harmonic detection with a wireless signal detection unit, so a sweep covers both devices that are dormant and devices that are actively transmitting, including 5G at 2.6, 3.5 and 4.9 GHz. Differential detection rejects distant signal sources, which is what stops a city-centre sweep alarming on everything. Detection distance reaches 400 to 500 mm for a GPS module.

Key benefits
- Harmonic detection plus a wireless signal detection unit in one instrument
- Detects 5G signals at 2.6 GHz, 3.5 GHz and 4.9 GHz with on-screen alert
- Differential detection excludes interference from distant signal sources
- High-gain antenna gives long range on SIM-card devices
- 400 to 500 mm detection distance on a GPS module, 150 to 220 mm on a cell phone
Problems it solves
- Harmonic-only sweeps miss what an RF sweep would catch, and the reverse
- Nearby transmitters cannot be separated from distant ones
- SIM-card devices are the specific risk but hardest to localise
- Two separate instruments mean two sweeps of the same room
Who it is for
- Security teams needing both dormant and active device detection
- Auditors working in dense RF environments where false alarms are constant
- Organisations specifically concerned with SIM-card devices
Application scenarios
- Corporate meeting rooms and confidential offices
- Corporate security and facility audits in sensitive areas
- Residential and hotel checks for recorders and cameras
- Locating remote controls and transmitters in restricted zones
Technical features
- S-band fundamental transmission with 2nd and 3rd harmonic reception
- AI harmonic pattern analysis
- Differential detection principle for nearby signal isolation
- Lossless detection algorithms to minimise false alarms
- High-gain antenna

Figures are those published by the factory for this model. Where a value is shown as TBC it is not published, and we will confirm it with the factory before you order rather than estimate it.
Compared with other models in the range
The VT-801 and VT-802 detect the semiconductor only. The VT-811 adds the wireless unit, so one pass covers dormant and transmitting devices, at 1.6 kg and around 2.5 hours of runtime rather than 4.
Use guide
- Charge before a sweep, runtime is around 2.5 hours
- Use harmonic detection for dormant devices and the wireless unit for active ones
- Rely on differential detection to ignore distant transmitters
- Work within 400 to 500 mm of a surface for GPS-module-class targets
- Operate between -30°C and 55°C
