An automatic pouch filling machine that completes film disinfection, bag and pouch making, filling, measuring, sealing and date printing in one liquid packaging process. It is used for pasteurised milk filling and also for drinking water, vegetable oil, milk and fruit wine. Working capacity is 1000-1200BPH, customised, the machine is built in SUS304 stainless steel, filling accuracy is plus or minus 1.5 per mille, and the machine can be supplied with 1 or 2 filling heads.
Film disinfection bag making filling sealing and date printing run in one machine so no separate bag supply or coding station is needed

Forming pouches from film on the machine removes the cost and storage of preformed bags
