A three in one machine combining rinsing, filling and capping for glass bottles, used on fruit juice, beverage and drinks production lines. It is built in SUS304 or SUS316L with an organic glass door so the process is visible while the machine stays enclosed. Siemens PLC control and a touch screen give a high degree of full automation, with stable running, precise filling and a qualified rotary capping rate that reaches 99.9%. Working capacity runs from 2000BPH to 20000BPH and is customised.
