A combined filling and seaming machine for cans on dairy, fruit juice, beer and other beverage lines, suitable for both slim and stubby can formats. Control is by Siemens PLC and touch screen with a high degree of full automation, and a frequency converter allows variable speed regulation so output can be matched to the rest of the line. Multiple safety devices are built in to protect the machine and the operators while it runs at speed. Working capacity runs from 200 cans per minute to 1000CPM, customised, in SUS304 or SUS316L.
Filling and seaming in one machine removes the transfer between two machines where fill loss and can damage usually occur
