It covers custom moulded components, industrial rollers where a rubber covering runs against a product or a web, silicone consumer items, raw compounds such as SBR and FKM, and the moulds themselves including O ring and rubber tooling. The common thread is that a cavity has to be cut before anything can be made, so we look at your geometry, your volume and the compound together before recommending a tooling route.
