Since 2007 we have been matching small and mid sized importers with Chinese factories that can hold their specification, and staying on the project until the goods land.
We specialise in product sourcing for small and medium sized foreign trade companies. Since 2007 we have been connecting our clients with Chinese factories and engineers we have already worked with, rather than with whichever supplier ranks highest on a marketplace. The work is unglamorous: reading the drawing, choosing the factory whose equipment actually suits it, arguing the specification in Chinese, checking the goods and getting them onto a vessel.
Over 3000 customers have used us for sourcing, and more than 500 have kept working with us for over a decade. Those long relationships are mostly importers and equipment builders who do not have their own office in China and cannot afford a failed shipment. They stay because the same person handles the project from enquiry to delivery.
Our service fee starts from 3 percent, which is normally less than the cost of one wrong supplier decision. Because we are paid on the project rather than by the factory, our incentive is to put you with the factory that can build it, not with the one that pays the highest commission.
Anyone can find a hundred suppliers online. The difficulty is knowing which of them owns the machines they photograph, which will hold the tolerance at volume, and which is a trading company adding a margin. We have access to credit and business information on Chinese companies and we use it before your money moves, not after.
Factory comparison, honest feedback on whether a design can be made economically, specification checking before production, inspection before shipment, and consolidation of several factories into one shipment. These are the steps that decide whether the goods you receive match the goods you thought you bought.
Open communication and clear processes on every project, including telling you when a factory is the wrong fit for your part.
A price means nothing until the specification is fixed, so we lock the drawing and the tolerance before we talk about cost.
You deal with one person who owns the project rather than with several factories that each blame the other.

We are a sourcing company. We do not pretend to own the plants; we select, brief and supervise the factories that make your goods, which is why we can move a project to a better fit instead of defending our own machines.
Since 2007.
The sourcing service fee starts from 3 percent and is agreed before the order is placed.
Yes. We are often brought in to check an existing supplier, benchmark the price against other factories or run inspections before shipment.
We work mainly with small and medium sized importers, so projects range from a single machine to repeat production runs. Minimum quantities depend on the factory and are confirmed with the quotation.
Send the specification you are struggling to place and we will tell you which factory type it belongs in and what it should cost to make properly.
