An insulated cooling tank that chills and holds fresh milk right after milking so the load reaches the next processing step in good condition. The tank wall carries a dimple pad for the refrigerant, and the refrigeration set uses imported brand compressor, expanding valve and electromagnetic valve. Volumes run from 1000L to 10000L, customised, with the shell in SUS304 or SUS316L. It is used on dairy farms, at milk collection centres and inside dairy plants as the first stage of the milk chain.
Milk is brought down to holding temperature at the point of collection so bacterial growth does not start before the milk reaches the plant
