Ventilated stretch film is perfect for product distribution and the film is designed to maximise the aeration of the product wrapped. Because of its perforated film structure it allows quicker cooling and drying of palletised goods. It is easy to apply by hand or machine, and is available in prestretched and conventional grades.
It is perfect for solving problems when there is a build up of condensation or moisture, such as breweries, soft drinks, pasteurised goods, canned foods, pharmacies, dairy, fruit and vegetable, plants, meat, fish and frozen snacks.

JMSH01 at 25 microns carries 26 kg tensile stress at break. JMSH02 at 8 microns puts 3.1 grams per metre on the pallet. Pick the trade that fits your loads.

Normal stretch film is a continuous sheet, so it seals the pallet. Ventilated film has thirteen perforations in every row formed within the web, so the pallet stays open to moving air while still being wrapped and held.
If your loads are heavy or irregular, start with JMSH01 at 25 microns. If they are regular and your priority is the lowest plastic weight per pallet, start with JMSH02 at 8 microns. If you are not sure, ask for both and run them on your own wrapper.
Yes. Manual rolls of 440 m weighing 1.37 kg are available in the prestretched grade. The film specification is identical to the machine roll format.

The holes are formed within the web rather than cutting across it. JMSH01 still reaches 26 kg tensile stress at break with 250 percent elongation at break, which is enough for most palletised loads.
