JMSH01 is prestretchable, 25 microns, 500 mm wide, stretched on your wrapper up to 230 percent, with 26 kg tensile stress at break. JMSH02 is already prestretched, 8 microns, 430 mm wide, with 15 kg tensile stress at break and 3.1 g per metre.
They share the same technical data sheet and specification. The difference is the roll format supplied, so tell us whether you need machine rolls or manual rolls.
The standard grade is 100 percent virgin HDPE. The elastic grade is 100 percent virgin MPE with a stretch rate of 15 to 50 percent, determined by the weight of the load.
Bale netwraps are part of our range. We have not published a data sheet for them on this site, so ask and we will send the current specification rather than guess at the numbers.
1300 m machine rolls in the prestretchable grade, 3500 m machine rolls and 440 m manual rolls in the prestretched grade.

Yes. Ventilated stretch film and pallet nets can both be customised to your request, including roll length, web width and inner core diameter.
Width to five percent, average thickness to two microns, weight per metre to five percent, and grade specific tolerances on elongation and tensile stress. All are published on the product pages and data sheets.
Pallet netting has the largest open area and is the strongest choice for the warmest and wettest loads. Ventilated film gives more surface protection while keeping thirteen holes open per row.
JMSH01 at 25 microns, with 26 kg tensile stress at break and 250 percent elongation at break.
JMSH02 prestretched film at 3.1 grams per metre, or pallet netting, which is mostly open space.
The load is settling. Elastic MPE netting stretches 15 to 50 percent depending on load weight and recovers as the pallet compresses.
The prestretch setting on the wrapper is probably too close to the film elongation at break. Lower it one step and re run a pallet, then check for sharp case edges.
Yes. The prestretched film comes on 440 m manual rolls weighing 1.37 kg, and netting comes on manual rolls of 500 to 1000 m.
