What That Focus Means In Practice
Ventilated packaging is a narrow category. It exists because of one physical problem: a pallet wrapped while its goods are still warm or damp has no way to get rid of the heat and moisture inside the wrap. Everything we make is a different answer to that problem.
Working in one category for this long has produced a range that is deliberately small and fully specified. Two film grades, one built for containment force and one for the lowest plastic weight per pallet. Two netting grades, one that holds where it is applied and one that recovers around a settling load. Every technical value we publish carries a tolerance, because that is the only version of a specification a buyer can actually check.
Reducing The Packaging On A Pallet
Reducing the environmental impact of packaging sounds abstract until it becomes a number on a data sheet. On a wrapping line it means grams of plastic per pallet. Our prestretched film weighs 3.1 grams per metre against 8.5 grams for the prestretchable grade, and a knitted net covers a pallet face with mostly open space. Those are the levers, and we will help you work out which one applies to your loads.
