What should I include in a first message

Pallet size, load weight, wrapper model and the temperature at which goods are wrapped. If the load is irregular, send a photo as well.

Do you have an enquiry form

No. We use WhatsApp and email directly, because a form adds a step and loses the photo you wanted to send.

What are your working hours

Our office works Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 China Standard Time, which is UTC plus eight. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working day.

Can I visit the factory

Contact us in advance with the dates you have in mind and we will confirm arrangements. The factory is in Ruian City, close to Wenzhou airport.
