What We Do
Custom metal components manufactured from your drawings, CAD files and specifications — machined, finished and inspected before they ship.
Capability
CNC Milling
3-axis and multi-axis milling for prismatic housings, chassis blocks and flanged bodies in aluminum, brass and stainless steel.
Explore capability →
Capability
CNC Turning
Turned bodies, sleeves, emitters, bushings and threaded fittings in brass, aluminum and stainless steel, with knurling and threading in the same setup.
Explore capability →
Capability
Precision Engraving
Fine machining and engraving for parts where detail, geometry and appearance carry the design — fins, flutes, cut-outs, logos and marked faces.
Explore capability →
Capability
Surface Finishing
Anodizing Type II and Type III, electroplating in nickel, chrome or zinc, powder coating, mirror polishing, brushed finish and passivation for stainless steel.
Explore capability →
Capability
3D Printing
Printed parts through the same vetted supplier network, used for fit checks and for geometry that does not need to be cut from metal.

Capability
Prototypes and Small Batches
One-off prototypes, limited runs and repeat small-batch orders, with the same program and setup reused each time you come back.

Lightsaber Components
Precision machining for custom lightsaber components, with a focus on detailed metalwork, engraving, fit and finish for independent designers, makers and small brands.
From prototypes to repeat small batches, components are manufactured from your drawings and specifications.
Other Custom Applications
Small-batch, high-detail machining for creator-led and specialized metal projects.

Specialty and Mechanical Parts
Made-to-drawing functional parts for prototypes, custom assemblies and specialized applications.
See components →The Problem With Small Runs
Most shops are set up for volume. If your run is twenty pieces and your drawing has detail on it, you have probably heard all four of these.
MOQs You Cannot Fund
Production quotes start in the hundreds. Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece, with volume pricing from 100.
Quotes That Take A Week
Send a drawing and a detailed quote comes back within 24 hours, with anything unmachinable flagged first.
Detail Getting Simplified
Fins, flutes and marked faces are planned as machining, not treated as decoration to be removed.
Batch Two Not Matching
Reorders run from the same program and setup, so a restock matches the batch your customers already bought.

From Drawing To Delivered Part
Send Your Drawing
STEP, IGES, DXF or PDF, with quantity, material, finish and the date you need it.
Quote In 24 Hours
A detailed quote comes back within 24 hours, with anything that cannot be held flagged.
First Article
One piece is machined and checked against the drawing before the batch runs.
Batch And Finish
The rest of the batch runs from the approved program, then goes for finishing.
Inspect And Ship
Drawing dimensions are checked, then parts ship — typically 7–10 business days.
Materials We Machine
Aluminum, stainless steel, brass and copper, carbon steel and engineering plastics — chosen against what the part actually has to do.
Material
Aluminum 6061 and 7075
The default choice for machined bodies, chassis and housings — light, fast to cut, and the only listed material that takes Type II and Type III anodizing.
