What This Work Involves
Saber hilts live or die on fit. Threads have to index, the chassis has to drop in, and the detail has to read the same on every unit you ship.
The Problem
Hilt parts machined by different suppliers do not index together — the pommel clocks wrong, the chassis rattles, and the second batch does not match the first.

Do you design hilts, or only machine them?
GRACTS manufactures from your drawings, CAD files and specifications. The design stays yours.
Can you machine a single hilt before I commit to a run?
Yes. The minimum order quantity is 1 piece, and repeat small-batch orders run from the same program afterwards.
Will threaded sections index correctly?
Threads are cut to the callout on your drawing. Where two parts have to clock together, send both drawings so they are cut against the same dimensions.
What finishes work for a hilt?
Anodizing in Type II or Type III for aluminum, plating, mirror polish or brushed finishes, and passivation where stainless is used.
