Precision Engraving
Fine machining and engraving for parts where detail, geometry and appearance carry the design — fins, flutes, cut-outs, logos and marked faces.
Why This Service Exists
Some parts are judged by how the detail reads in the hand. Engraving and fine machining are handled as a designed feature, not an afterthought.
The Problem
Detail features get simplified or smeared when a shop treats them as cosmetic, and the part comes back looking nothing like the render.
What You Get
Fins, flutes, windows and marked faces come back sharp and consistent across the batch, so a repeat order still matches the first one.
Built For These Projects
- Independent designers whose parts are bought for their detailing
- Small brands marking a logo or serial on machined bodies
- Prop and collectible makers reproducing fine surface geometry
- Anyone whose drawing has features other shops asked them to remove

How The Work Runs
Artwork Check
Vector artwork is checked for closed paths, minimum feature width and depth before it is cut.
Toolpath Planning
Cutter diameter is matched to the smallest internal radius in the artwork.
Base Machining
The part is machined to size first, so the detail sits on a finished surface.
Detail Pass
Fine features and marking are cut last, at reduced stepover for a clean edge.
Visual Check
Detail is checked across the batch for consistency, not only on the first piece.
Precision Engraving Questions
Can you engrave a logo on my part?
Yes. Send vector artwork as DXF or PDF, and mark on the drawing where it goes and how deep it should be cut.
What is the smallest detail you can cut?
It depends on the cutter that fits your smallest internal radius. Send the artwork and we will tell you what will hold before you order.
Does engraving happen before or after finishing?
It depends on the finish you choose. Tell us the finish when you send the drawing so the sequence is planned correctly.
Will a repeat order match the first batch?
Detail features are cut from the same program and artwork, so repeat small-batch orders stay consistent.
