EDC Components
Precision-machined components for custom EDC projects, prototypes and small-batch products.
What This Work Involves
Everyday carry hardware is handled constantly, so the knurl, the thread feel and the finish are the product — not packaging around it.
The Problem
EDC brands are stuck between overseas production MOQs they cannot fund and local prototype pricing they cannot sell against.
What You Get
You can launch a machined EDC product at the quantity you can actually sell, and restock the same part without retooling.
Made For These Customers
- EDC brands launching a first machined product
- Designers producing limited or numbered runs
- Makers needing brass and titanium-class detail in small volumes
- Sellers restocking a proven part rather than redesigning it

EDC Components Questions
Can you machine brass EDC parts?
Yes. Brass C360 is one of the materials GRACTS specialises in, alongside aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel.
What quantity do I need to order?
One piece is enough to start. Volume pricing applies for orders of 100 pieces and above.
Can you mark my brand on the part?
Yes. Send vector artwork as DXF or PDF and mark the position and depth on the drawing.
Which finish lasts best on a carried part?
Type III anodizing is the harder of the two anodizing options offered. Send your usage case with the drawing and the finish will be recommended against the alloy.
