One Cannery for Mushrooms Fruit and Vegetables
We can mushrooms, fruit and vegetables and beans in tinplate cans and glass jars, in the cut styles, pack sizes and packing mediums each market expects.
Who We Serve
Importers, supermarket private-label buyers, foodservice distributors and food manufacturers who buy canned produce by the container.
Why Buyers Choose Us
A Taiwanese-invested cannery running since 2008 with 25000 tons of annual processing capacity, FDA, IFS, BRC, HACCP, HALAL, SKS, STAR-KOSHER and FSPCA certification, and double X-ray scanning of every tin and jar before packing.
Three Categories 32 Canned Lines
Mushroom, fruit and vegetable lines all run on the same site, so a mixed container ships against one order.
Canned Mushrooms
Twelve mushroom lines canned on one site in Xiayi County, a long-established edible fungus growing base, so a buyer can build a full mushroom shelf without adding a second supplier.
Browse Canned MushroomsCanned Fruits
Seven canned fruit lines packed 70 km from the orchard belt that supplies them, with three brix bands and three packing mediums so one product fits several markets.
Browse Canned FruitsCanned Vegetables and Beans
Thirteen vegetable and bean lines that let an importer fill the whole canned vegetable aisle, from everyday sweet corn and green peas through to bamboo shoots and bean sprouts.

View SpecificationThe Problems Canned Food Buyers Bring Us
Most buyers have to split a canned range across several factories because no single plant handles mushrooms, fruit and vegetables at export standard. We run all three on one site, so a mixed container ships against one contract, one inspection and one set of paperwork.
One Range Split Across Four Factories
Buying mushrooms from one plant, fruit from another and beans from a third means four contracts, four inspections and four sailing dates for one shelf. We can all three groups on one site so the range moves as one shipment.
Pack Sizes That Do Not Fit the Shelf
A can that is 40 grams off the local retail standard will not get a listing. We hold tin formats from 184G to 3000G and jars from 314ML to 1700ML, so the pack is chosen around your shelf rather than around our tooling.
Foreign Matter Risk on a Private Label
A metal fragment in a can carrying your brand is your recall, not ours. Every ingredient on the line passes a metal detector and every finished tin and jar goes through a double X-ray scanner before it is packed.
Season Timing Nobody Explains
Mushroom runs October to March, yellow peach June to September, apricot only May to June. Booking after the season closes means waiting a year. We plan your volume against the raw material calendar before it starts.
Volumes Too Small for a Full Container
New listings rarely start at a full container. Prices are quoted on a 1 x 20 foot FCL basis, and we consolidate LCL shipments so a buyer can prove the line before committing to full loads.
Buyers We Ship To
The same 32 lines are bought for very different reasons. These are the four patterns we see most.
Food Manufacturing
Pizza, ready-meal, soup, sauce and bakery plants buy canned produce as an ingredient, not as a finished pack. What matters is a predictable drained weight, a cut style...
Retail Private Label
A private-label listing lives or dies on three things: a pack size that fits the shelf, artwork that arrives printed correctly, and a product safe enough to carry the...
Foodservice Distribution
Foodservice distributors are judged on breadth and on fill rate. A hotel group or a central kitchen wants mushroom, fruit and vegetable lines from the same delivery, in...
Importers and Wholesalers
An importer carries the risk between a Chinese factory and a domestic customer. The things that decide whether that risk is manageable are range breadth, whether the...
What Sits Behind the Certificates
Every tin and glass jar is scanned by double X-ray before packing to exclude foreign matter

How to Choose a Canned Mushroom Cut Style
Whole, sliced, cut, strip and pieces and stems all come off the same mushroom. Which one you order changes labour, yield and how the product looks on a plate.

Three packing mediums and three brix bands decide how sweet a can of fruit is. Getting the choice wrong is the most common reason a fruit listing fails in a new market.

What products can Henan Ever Glory supply in one container?
Canned mushrooms, canned fruit and canned vegetables and beans can be mixed in a single container. All three groups are produced on the same site in Xiayi County, so one order covers the whole range.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Prices are quoted on a 1 x 20 foot FCL basis. If your volume is not yet a full container we can arrange LCL consolidation to help you reduce inventory while a listing builds.
Which certifications does the factory hold?
We take part in international certification schemes and work to FDA, IFS, SKS, STAR-KOSHER, BRC, HACCP, HALAL and FSPCA requirements, with annual employee training to keep practice current.
Do you produce under a buyer's own brand?
Yes. We have many years of OEM experience covering the product itself through to the printed outer carton, produced strictly to your specification and shipped to the plan you supply.
Which markets do you already export to?
Our canned mushrooms, fruit and vegetables sell into the United States, Canada, Russia, South Korea, Japan and Germany among other markets.
Can we send our own inspector before shipment?
Yes. We accept any inspection company you designate to check the goods after production and before shipment.
Tell Us the Country and the Product
Send the importing country and the product data with your enquiry and we will quote against your actual requirement rather than a generic price list.
