From Requirement Analysis to Final Delivery
Eight stages. Each one exists because a project has gone wrong at that point before.
Daily Maintenance
Ten items before and after the machine runs each day covering appearance spindle and tool cassette tooling computer electric cabin lubricant oil cooling liquid air pipe tooling box and shelf.
First Level Weekly
Nine items done by the night shift team taking about one hour with the power cut off first. Cleaning inside and outside lubricating the worktable cleaning the collet and sorting the computer cables.
Second Level Monthly
Ten items done by the day shift team with repair staff included taking about one and a half hours. It adds the guide rail cover removal cleaning and lubrication the limit switch check and the electric cabin fan filter.
Spare Part Stock
Drill bits milling cutters collets ball screws guide rails with slide blocks inverters spindles bearings armature disc springs and PLC cards.
Service Stations
Three service stations located in South China East China and North China respond to problems raised in customer factories and carry the regular machine maintenance.

Partners abroad take care of after sale service outside China.

Drill bits and milling cutters are supplied in all diameters and specifications against your part list.
Accuracy Recovery
