Drilling Line Solution
Choosing a drilling machine is a decision about drive technology tool management and environment. This is how DLCNC works through it with a buyer.

From Requirement Analysis to Final Delivery
Eight stages. Each one exists because a project has gone wrong at that point before.
Requirement Analysis
Smallest hole diameter panel format stack height target cycle time and the hole count per panel are collected first. The smallest diameter is what rules series in or out because the D1X starts at φ0.3mm while D2X D3X and D4X start at φ0.15mm.
Series Selection
Ball screw drive on D1X and D2X or linear motor drive on D3X and D4X. Linear motor drive gives the quicker feed rate. Ball screw drive lowers the sensitivity of the machine to a dusty environment because it does not depend on a linear scale.
Table and Structure
Maximum process table size is set by the board size you will process. Every series runs on a granite marble base frame for rigidity and vibration absorption.
Tool Management
Drilling normally handles about 200 tools. D2X D3X and D4X carry 220pcs with automatic tool length and diameter check. D1X carries 66pcs with automatic length check.
Utilities and Environment
3PH-AC380V+PE 50/60Hz 4KVA power compressed air at 35L/min per axis cooling water at 18℃ to 25℃ room temperature at 20℃ to 25℃ and humidity at 50 to 75 percent.
Protection and Safety
Slide door and infrared ray protection are checked as part of the machine specification along with the contacted tooling broken detection.
Installation and Training
The machine is installed and the operators are trained on the control and operation system before the line is released.
Maintenance Handover
The daily weekly and monthly maintenance schedule is handed over with the machine and the regional service stations carry the regular maintenance.
