Company and Delivery
Who builds DLCNC machines
Chengdu Jindali Technology Co., Ltd at #419 Jingqi West Road Pengzhou Industrial Development Zone Chengdu Sichuan China. The factory base is 2000m² with around 60 employees building more than 200 machines per year.
What certification does the company hold
ISO-9001 obtained in 2012 National High Tech Enterprise approval and patents including the auto pin insert function granted in November 2019.
Where can I meet you in person
DLCNC is an HKPCA member and exhibits at the annual international electronics circuit exhibition in Shenzhen. Factory visits to Pengzhou are arranged regularly.
How does after sales support work
Three service stations in South China East China and North China respond to problems in customer factories and carry regular maintenance. Partners abroad handle after sale service outside China.
Choosing a Machine
Which drilling series suits my boards
Start from the smallest hole diameter. D1X drills from φ0.3mm at 160krpm. D2X D3X and D4X drill from φ0.15mm at 160-200krpm.
Ball screw or linear motor drive
Linear motor drive is faster at 80m/min on XY against 50m/min. It depends on a linear scale which is sensitive to dust so a contaminated shop may hold accuracy better with a ball screw machine.
How many routing heads do I need
Two heads for small batch four heads for general production six heads for volume output. Accuracy is the same across all three.
Can the work table be enlarged
Yes. A wider and longer work table is a standard customized model example on the routing series. The planer type machine is built to a customer format from the start.
What accuracy can the machines hold
Positioning accuracy ±0.01mm repeatability accuracy ±0.005mm drilling accuracy ±1mil and routing accuracy ±0.05mm.
Installation and Operation
What utilities does a machine need
3PH-AC380V+PE 50/60Hz 4KVA power compressed air cooling water at 18℃ to 25℃ room temperature at 20℃ to 25℃ and humidity at 50 to 75 percent.
How much compressed air do drilling machines use
35L/min per axis at 2Kg/cm air pressure. Routing machines run on 0.7-0.8MPa.
How is the machine maintained
Daily before and after running weekly at first level and monthly at second level. The full item tables are published in the knowledge centre and as a printable checklist.
What happens when a drill bit breaks
Contacted tooling broken detection reports the break and greatly reduces the reaction time before more panels are affected.

PCB drill bits and milling cutters in all diameters and specifications collets THK and Hiwin ball screws and guide rails Delta inverters Westwind and domestic spindles bearings and PLC cards.
Can I download CAD files
CAD files are supplied on request through WhatsApp or email rather than published for open download.
Is there a contact form
No. Messages go through WhatsApp or email so they reach the engineering team directly and you keep a copy of what you sent.
