Project Challenge
Northern European road environments are demanding on coating life, and the alignment in the project photographs runs through rock cutting and tunnel approach, where the barrier line curves with the road rather than running straight.

Our Solution
Curved radius guardrail supplied for the alignment. Sections are bent convex or concave to a radius between 1.5 m and 50 m so the barrier follows the road line, and hot-dip galvanized with the passivation ratio controlled for corrosion resistance.
Manufacturing Process
Sections bent on the automatic bending machine to the specified radius, then hot-dip galvanized in the on-site workshop before bundling for container shipment.
Result
Barrier supplied to the Norwegian project, shown in the project photographs at the tunnel approach.
