Shandong Hongda Industry Co., Ltd is a pioneering factory in the field of highway guardrail products in China. The company was established in 1998 and covers an area of 49,500 square metres in the Industrial Park at No.10111 Jingshi Road, Jinan City, Shandong Province.
What We Manufacture
Hongda specialises in manufacturing road safety products: W-beam guardrail, thrie-beam guardrail, steel beam, beams and terminals, and guardrail bolts. To meet customer requirements the company also produces posts in various forms including H post, C post and sigma post, along with custom steel products for a range of industries.

Employee Learning and Training
The company attaches great importance to the improvement and development of employees' personal qualities, believing that the development of employees brings about the progress of the company. The sales skills training we took part in was held in Hangzhou in March 2019.
Militarised Management Training
To improve the cohesion of the company, we took part in a week of military management training in Shandong in May 2019.
Helping Children in Need
Since 2012 the company has run a public welfare fund providing 100,000 yuan each year to help poor children, as our contribution to social welfare.
