A trading company sends your order to whichever galvanizer has capacity that week. When the bath is on your own site, the coating weight, the passivation ratio and the inspection that follows are all decisions the manufacturer makes and answers for.

Do you galvanize in house?
Yes. Sections are hot-dip galvanized in our own galvanizing workshop rather than sent to a subcontractor, which is what lets us control the coating weight.
What production equipment do you run?
W-beam and thrie-beam roll forming machines, welding machines, a bending machine, a punching machine and a plasma cutting machine.
How do you handle galvanizing wastewater?
We run our own wastewater treatment station and environmental treatment equipment, alongside a dedicated wastewater treatment workshop on site.
