Every Step Where Orders Normally Go Wrong
Each stage below names the failure we see most often, and what we do differently at that point.
Pattern And Standard
Where it goes wrong: Hardware that does not match the pattern a customer already stocks becomes dead inventory.
What we do: We produce to European EN 13889, US 210 and 2150, G209, G210, G2130 and G2150 patterns, so the parts drop into existing assemblies.
Material Selection
Where it goes wrong: Stainless claims are hard to verify at goods-in when grade is not stated per line.
What we do: AISI 304 or 316 is confirmed per order, with 45# carbon steel bodies and 40Cr alloy pins on the US pattern forged range.
Finishing
Where it goes wrong: One finish cannot cover both dry warehouse duty and aggressive marine exposure.
What we do: Electro galvanized, hot dip galvanized, Dacromet, powder coated and polished finishes are available across the range.
Inspection
Where it goes wrong: Imported hardware that needs 100% incoming inspection erases the price advantage.
What we do: Stainless shackles undergo 100% quality inspection before delivery, and forged ranges are checked for dimensions and heat treatment.
Branding And Packing
Where it goes wrong: Generic packing slows down a distributor's own picking and resale.
What we do: OEM and ODM supply is available, with export-ready packing in gunny bags or cartons to your format.

Can we order only part of the package?
Yes. The programme is how we normally run these orders, but individual items can be quoted on their own.
Do you handle export documentation?
Yes. Our documentation team prepares the shipping documents and the certificates that go with the goods.
How is pricing set?
We work directly with the manufacturers, which is what lets us quote factory-direct prices. Quotations are valid against the specification confirmed in writing.
What happens if the specification changes mid-order?
Tell us before production of that item starts. Grade, finish and certificate changes are easiest to apply at that point rather than after the item is made.
