Can you quote the whole bay in one go?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper. Machines shipped together share the container space, which lowers the freight cost per unit.
What information do you need to specify the bay?
Bay dimensions, ceiling height, slab condition, whether the floor can be cut, your vehicle mix and your local voltage.
Do you supply the drawings before the civil work starts?
Yes. For in-ground equipment we send the foundation drawing before the pit is cut, so the pocket is right the first time.
Who installs the equipment?
Installation is carried out locally by a competent installer. We supply the drawings, the manual and technical support during commissioning.
Can we phase the purchase?
Yes. Several machines are supplied with upgrade paths, such as reserved mounting holes for an assistant arm on the ATC830 and ATC850.
