The Eight Stages Of This Route
Each stage has an owner and an output, so you know what is meant to exist before the next one starts.
- Fleet and route survey
Rider count, daily kilometres and swap frequency size the pack pool before any cabinet is ordered.
- Site selection
Cabinet positions are set against rider density and the grid capacity actually available at each point.
- Power and solar sizing
Where the feeder is weak, solar panels and a LiFePO4 buffer carry the charging load.
- Cabinet and pack build
Cabinets, ZP7225LF packs, BMS and swap software are produced and paired as one system.
- Software and tracking setup
GPS, charging status display and battery location software are configured for the operator.
- Installation and commissioning
Cabinets are installed, connected and proven with live swaps before handover.
- Pack pool management
Spare pack ratio, rotation and replacement schedule are agreed for the first operating year.
- Ongoing supply
Replacement packs and cabinet expansion follow the 30 day repeat order lead time.

How long does this route take?
Production is 60 days on a first order and 30 days from the second. Study, configuration and documentation run alongside rather than after.
Who owns the interfaces?
We produce the cell, build the pack or container and prepare the documentation, so the interfaces stay inside one company.
What commercial terms apply?
Minimum order normally starts from one 40 HC container. Payment is TT or LC at sight depending on the market.
Is sole agency available on this route?
Yes, depending on your project plan. We provide sole agency based on your market plan and operation.
What warranty covers the delivered system?
Two years warranty on lithium battery products, and 5 years or 12,000 km on the EV traction range.
